Re: NLDS Game 2 GC

An idea: We get 2 million fans to send $5 to Moz so he can buy out Beltran's contract for next year, so we don't have to see him jogging around right field.

Conserving his energy for later in the season.

Re: NLDS Game 2 GC

I could have puked when Beltran did that.  IDK what he was thinking.  You just cant do that in the playoffs.  This team is finding ways to lose.  Where is that poise that they were bragging about?

OK, it's a little tough to tell what's going on from my office window, but did Garcia really just get lifted after two innings?  Did he suffer an injury or did he just suck that bad?

Yeah, I'm pretty tired of Beltran. It's obvious his knees are shot and apparently his head isn't even in the game today.

I cant really comment on his stuff.  I missed the first inning and a half.  Almost turned it off after Beltran had a brain fart.  I thought maybe Garcia would get in a groove.  I think they are asking alot of Lynn in this situation.  He pitched yesterday and now is expect to throw who know how many innings.

Nice job by Skip to ge tthe job done.  Put in a good at bat, almost got a base hit and got a run in.  That was a bad rick by Jay to try for the extra base either.  The Nationals have found the secret to pitching to Kozma.  Throw it down the middle because he cant hit.

You just come up on that throw and send it to the infield.  You dont take 5 little hops and then throw it like a girl.  Fuck him.

He looked skittish again. His pitch count was up to 50 already, and I think he went 3-2 on four of the first five batters. His stuff wasn't that bad. He just wasn't engendering a lot of confidence.

Re: NLDS Game 2 GC

Another factor was Morse, Desmond and Espinoza have good numbers against Garcia. At least according to Stockton. But I wouldn't necessarily take that as gospel. I think Stockton has referred to the Washington Senators five times in the past two days. Because he started doing TV when the Senators were still around.

Didn't they move to Ottawa?
