Yeah, me too. But not when they call it Cincinnati-style. Speaking of Cincy style:

"The second-largest crowd in Great American history was still getting the hang of playoff rooting. A video board message instructed the 44,501 fans not to wave white rally towels while the Reds were in the field - could be distracting."

I've had many a night where after eating a 1 a.m. chili 5-way I went to bed not being able to sit up because of the cramps and having a bowel movement so painful it felt like I was passing razor blades.

JV, Ian Desmond asked the Natinals fans not to wear white tomorrow. Apparently it will make the "Sun Monster" even worse.

Cinnamon is the key ingredient in Skyline chili.

there is no way I would eat that.  Cinnamon is for cookies, oatmeal, pop tarts and apple sauce.

Anyone ever eat with an Italian family? They refer to tomato sauce as "gravy." If you walked into a restaurant in the North End and asked if cinnamon was an ingredient in the gravy, you'd get a punch in the nose. Or worse.
And chili ain't chili if it has beans in it. Real chili is meat in a tomato-based sauce. If it has beans in it, it's just a variety of bean soup.

Re: Other series crap

Turning back to baseball, there's a report out that Ms. Cueto's monthly visitor may prevent her from pitching in Game 4.  If so, the Reds may be forced at activate Mike Leake to make the start and remove Ms. Cueto from the roster.  If that happens, Ms. Cueto would be ineligible for the NLCS roster.

Move is official.  Leake on, Cueto off

Stop being a prude.

That's too bad about Cueto. She was a huge asset, but the Reds are in pretty good shape with Bailey and Latos.

"Mild right oblique strain" is what they're calling it?
More like "inflamed ovary."

No I am pretty sure chili has beans in it.  No cinnamon but plenty of beans.

Not wanting to read about your digestive system makes me prudish?!?
By all means, let's hear about how clean your colon is.

The beans/no beans argument has been going on for decades, perhaps centuries. Safe to say if you order a bowl of chili in Texas, and you ask "Where are the beans?" you'll probably get shown the door. And that's only if the cook is in a good mood.

Might be a cultural difference. I've been at the bar where I've learned the size and color. I knew guys in HS who would take dumps together just to see who could make the worst smells.

I've never gone that far, but I'm not above describing the unintended consequences of a chili 5-way.
