I'd have felt fairly comfortable back in the 4th saying that game wasn't going to end 6-4. Nice job by the bullpen.

I really wasnt. I thought they had a good control on the game outside of the Lynn/Matheny breakdown. It would have been nice to see the Card get to the Gaints bullpen alittle. I cant really complain. The worst that can happen is they go to St. Louis tied 1-1. Considering how the Cards sometimes suck on the west coast that would be pretty good. It would be nice to see them win tonight and head home in complete control. It was comforting to see the Cards beat up a left hander.
