Rams move to 7-7-1. It's amazing what a little coaching does for a team.

I enjoyed all the squirming yesterday with the Patriots struggling to put away the 2-13 Jaguars.
Sizing up the competition in the AFC, in the hopes someone knocks off New England:
Houston - frauds. I'm not going to take the Texans seriously after they didn't show up in Foxboro two weeks ago, and then failed to even score a touchdown at home in a game they needed to nail down home field.
Baltimore - frauds. The Ratbirds always play pretty good defense, but never put any trust into Joe Flacco. He'll never win you a game. The best he can do is not lose one.
Denver - legit. It's hard to tell how good these guys are because they've played a wimpy schedule in the second half, but their defense looks pretty solid, and they're going to be tough to beat at home.
Indianapolis - frauds. Allowing 500 yards to Brady Quinn and the Chiefs? Get real.
Cincinnati - Meh. Defense is OK. I just can't see Andy Dalton going on the road and beating New England.
Out of the NFC teams, Seattle is playing the best right now. But they may have to win two games on the road, including in Green Bay, in order to get to the Super Bowl.

Wasn't Andrew Luck supposed to be the greatest QB prospect since John Elway? He's going to be better, but you would think a consensus No. 1 pick over RGIII should be blowing everyone away. 4,100 yards is nice, but he's thrown 18 interceptions and hasn't completed 50 percent of his passes since Week 12 against Buffalo.
