2/25 Gamecrap
Cardinals v. Houston. We're really going to miss playing that team 18 times/season.
9-0 Cardinals thru 5 innings. Among the highlights:
- Craig and Holliday both hit HRs
- Wong, Craig, Freese, Molina and Shane Robinson, each with 2 hits
- Wainwright 2.2 shutout innings. He did, however, give up 4 hits
- Seth Maness 1.1 innings pitched. Faced 4 batters and struck out 3
- Tyler Greene is 0 for 3 with 3 strikeouts. Viva El Birdos blames Houston manager Bo Porter (ok I made this part up).
ETA:
- Kozma caps the Cardinals scoring with his own HR. Cards win 10-2
- Houston is as bad as any team to play in the majors in the last 50 years. Rick Ankiel is liable to break camp as a starting outfielder.

yeah i figured ankiel was done. i waas kind of excited about him trying to pitch again.
i wonder how carp did at second.

Our long national nightmare is finally over! The Cardinals won an exhibition game ... wait, do the Astros still qualify as a major league team?
