    Spring Training Thus Far

    Since Spring Training is more than halfway complete, it's probably a good time to check in on the Cardinals three offseason signings that Jim Bowden believes constituted one of the three best winters in MLB.

    Ronny Cedeno - .240/.345/.400 (4 BB, 7 SO in 25 at-bats)

    Ty Wigginton - .125/.243/.156

    Randy Choate - 5.1 IP, 1.69 ERA, 2 BB, 2 SO, 1 HR

    i guess we could give mo alittle credit.  having cedeno is better then not hacing him and it is my understanding they can waive him without eating the contract.  also choate is a good thing.  even better since scrabble sucks and is mia.
