I really didn't care if Salas defected to Cuba.
My son thinks it's very unpatriotic that I'm rooting for Puerto Rico, but I'm not rooting for any team with Brandon Phillips on it. Puerto Rico is practically the 51st state anyway. The only reason we haven't admitted it to the union is because it will throw off the symmetry of the stars on our flag.
