2013 roster thread
So the pd has reported that the final bench spot comes down to cedeno and adams. Seems clear to me as to what the cardinals should do. Cedenos contact is non guaranteed. He is low on the depth chart if carp sees the time at second we have been lead to believe. Adams needs to be on this roster more then cedeno.

Scal needs to step up and become the back-up shortstop. There's no reason for Adams to be in Memphis while Cedeno is in St. Louis.

Delscaso makes for a better utility player then carp. They showed last year they would rather put craig in the outfield and and carp at first so i dont really see carp as much of an outfield option. Basicly he is going to play second or third. Delscalso can do that plus ss. No matter who plays second fulltime delscalso will find plenty of playing time as lomg as cedeno isnt on the roster. He is as good or better then cedeno to.
