I need to correct one thing. .047 is nothing. I've woken up with far worse then a .047. However, in the article... It's 0.47 which is quite a bit more substancial and usually fatal.

This was 30 years ago of course, but I think SAE's chapter at ASU had a bad reputation.
Sigma Nu was the fraternity I remember the most. They were turning up the collars on their pink Izod shirts and wearing madras shorts when you could walk around like that in public.
