Escobar hits a 1-hopper off Craig's glove. Craig fails to chase it down and runners are on 2nd and 3rd, no outs,

Cain lines out to right. Gordon scores, and Escobar advances to third when Beltran overthrows the cutoff man.

Bob's team wins 19-2. On the bright side, the other team's pitchers combined for a 4-hitter.

Good morning, good afternoon and good night to Butler.

Can't wait to see tomorrow's headline: "Horowitz's patience at the plate leads to blowout win."

Smart play by Yadi to end the inning. Moustakas hit a nubber down the third base line. Yadi waited for the ball to come back fair and then threw him out by five feet.

And after a 19-2 win the team is getting yelled at for not swinging at enough pitches. This coach is such a douche bag.

One-out double to left by Craig on a hanging slider.

Yadi hits a line drive single to right and Oquendo stupidly sends Craig to his death at the plate.

No, no. That's effective coaching. When the kids start to feel good about themselves, it's a good time to immediately remind them how much room there is for improvement.

Nice AB by Freese to draw a walk.

Mendoza a bit miffed he didn't get a call on a 3-2 slider to Freese.

Jay grounds out weakly to first to end B4.
Royals 1, Cards 0

This chick pitching WPT.com definitely had colligen injected into her lips.

Lough leads off T5 with a triple to right that might have been a double if Beltran hadn't jogged after it.

Mendoza singles to right-center on the first pitch, a waist-high fastball. First career hit for Menzoda. Royals 2, Cards 0.

Made it home in time to see Mendoza's hit. Now debating whether or not to watch any more.

Gordon singles up the middle. Lynn clearly pissed he gave up the hit to Mendoza.

Bob was starting to mildly enjoy playing. I think that effectively ended tonight.

There's a hockey game on. Haven't decided which team I want to win. Probably Detroit. Some of those Blackhawks fans are also Cubs fans, and I'd rather not see Cubs fans experience any joy whatsoever.

Zach's lacrosse team is copiously abundant with kids who no longer enjoyed getting yelled at by bad baseball coaches.

A Detroit/Chicago game would be a good time for a structural failure of the arena.
