Is is actually raining, or is the delay based on the forecast?

P-D: Moments ago, the Cardinals officially announced that tonight's game has been postponed. Tomorrow will be a double-header, with the first game slated for 12:15p.m., and the second at its regularly scheduled time of 6:15 p.m.

No rain yet, but calling for potential tornadoes.

Dat Dude got plunked on the leg in the 8th inning of a 2-0 game and has been chirping about it for the last 15 minutes.
Cunto hit McCutchen earlier in the game, but if Phillips thinks him getting hit is retaliation for the Reds hitting one of the best players in the National League, he's a bigger douche than I already thought he was.

Dodged another one. By all accounts, a tornado touched down near the Hollywood casino and the Earth City Holiday Inn which are roughly 1-2 miles from the house. We had a bunch of debris in the backyard that came from goodness knows where, but I think we came through it unscathed. My only concern is the roof. I found a couple of shingles in the backyard, but I won't know if they're ours until tomorrow when I can inspect the roof in the day light.
We forgot to bring in our garbage cans and found those in the neighbors yard to the north. The house to our northwest lost the top of a tree which ended up in the yard of our neighbor to the east. So I think it's fair to say the wind was blowing in multiple directions. For the most part, we've had power, but there were several lines down near the house including a line off the pole in front of our house, but I think it was a cable line, not electric.
All in all, we got through another one, but this is getting a little ridiculous.

Wow. That's too close. You could always move to Massachusetts. Last Sunday, I was at a party where people were huddled around a propane heater for warmth, and four days later it was 95 degrees.
Hey, it beats the occasional tornado watch ...

I have family in OKC. They didn't even put in a storm cellar until this past year. Absolutely crazy what is going on there, tornadoes zipping by like tumble weeds. Glad the St. Louis contigent weathered this latest round.

Sights like this make you realize that a little debris in the backyard isn't so bad. This is our across the street neighbor's backyard and what used to be his Jeep Cherokee.
