Not sure what they're waiting on. It isn't raining hard, just a steady drizzle. If they're waiting for it to stop, it could be a long wait. It's been doing this for 3 hours.

First pitch at 8 p.m. Central time, according to the P-D.

Not that there's any reason anyone would follow the White Sox/Mariners game, but the teams went scoreless for 13 innings. Chicago scored 5 in the top of the 14th, only to see Seattle score 5 of their own in the bottom of the inning. It's now 5-5 in the 16th.

Watching the Mariners for16 innings is considered a form of punishment in Washington.

I'm thinking it's the universe's way of punishing the Mariners for winning 116 games in 2001.

Choo has batted under .170 since I acquired him six days ago. Looks like my plan to sabotage TTTIB worked out.

Way to take one for the team TK.

My favorite division era playoff homer isn't on tonight's Twitter poll.
Tom Lawless' home run in the '87 WS, of course.

The guy who has him is in first place.
Why are they not hitting Wade Miley? This guy has been assaulted.

I'll see if I can trade for Votto. That way he'll end up connected to the Biogenesis mess.

Yeah, but the Holliday's poor defense surfaced.

Nice catch by Mr. Peepers, but he doesn't have to dive if he's a full-size human being.

I just swapped him for Kershaw. My fantasy team is now a TTTIB-free zone.

So glad Cleto is with the team. It's so good that Cleto and Marte are still in the organization instead of Sanchez.

14 innings last night. Double overtime tonight. I may have to call in sick tomorrow. Work is really starting to mess up watching sports late at night.

I don't think you could fit Cleto and Marte on the same barge.
