Wonder if the Braves regret trading Adam Wainwright.

My fingers started cramping about halfway through the Braves lineup, but I gutted it out.

Re: 7/26 GC

I didn't know the Pirates got Jeff Locke in the McLouth trade. At least J.D. Drew had one good year for the Braves. McLouth did next to nothing for the Braves.

Geez-us. I'm not sure how much longer I can listed to the History of the Atlanta Braves as told by John Smoltz tonight.

It should take long for his to discuss the World Series Championships

Now Smoltz and Vasgersian are pimping Bobby Cox, the wife-beater. I'm out.

Cox had to beat his wife. He couldn't beat the American League.

Re: 7/26 GC

Back to MLBN. Joe Simpson from the Braves station just spent the last two minutes trying to tell me Beltran led the Astros to the World Series in 2004.

Re: 7/26 GC

Geez, I sure wish Wainwright got to throw to the same strike zone as Minor.

Re: 7/26 GC

The "This is the Wolverine You've Been Waiting For" tagline doesn't really work for me because I haven't been waiting for any sort of Wolverine whatsoever.

Maybe I should switch to MLBN. McLaughlin just made a joke that Horton's "entering the game" music was Bette Midler, and they've spent the last 5 minutes discussing her music.

Re: 7/26 GC

Pretty terrible game all-around. Giving Minor six inches off the plate didn't help, but that was still ugly.

Also, how does Wainwright give up a single to the pitcher? That's annoying.
