The Royals are 5.5 games out of a WC spot and 8.5 behind the Tigers. Seattle is the best team in baseball with a minus-100 or greater run differential.

Mets @ Cleveland, Friday night game. The Mets are done like dinner and not a particularly attractive opponent. The Indians are only 3 GB for a wild card, but their last three home games have drawn 15,020 (Labor Day), 9,962 and 11,522.

That's fucking embarassing. Cincinazi won't go to Reds games and Cleveland won't go to meaningful Indians games.
