Got the ace on the mound tonight. Better get this one boys.

Watching Kelly can be maddening at times.

Kozma snaps his 0 for 33 because the Pirates can't field a sacrifice bunt.

Ho hum. Another double for Carpenter.

"Switching to Glide" by the Kings on the PA during the last break. Awesome song.

Check, please ...

8-1 lead. Any chance they can avoid using Rosenthal and Mujica tonight?

It's fun to watch games like these, but they always leave me feeling like we'll be 2 hit tomorrow.

Make that 1 hit.

Must be our blow'em out of the park game of the month ....

Kozma should have bunted again.

Here comes Westbrook. Mujica may get a save opportunity before this is over.

I despise Pete Kozma.

What the hell happened? I changed the channel for five minutes after Axford got tossed.

Anyone want to guess how many miles Beltran is from the ballpark right now?

Ground ball to Kozma who threw it into the RF corner scored the 1st run. Another run scored on a ground out. Then Josh Harrison took Westbrook deep for 2-R.

If Rosenthal or Mujica touch a baseball this inning, I might throw my remote thru the TV

He's really not that good, but if he can continue to walk a tight rope through October I won't complain.
Oh yeah, and I think the Cardinals will finish these next 21 games by going 14-7, winning 95 games and taking first place. This team has serious holes, but they are a dominant home team. Luckily that's where the majority of the games are being played.

Even with a 7-run lead, every out is laborious for Westbrook.

For fucks sake.
And Mujica is warming up.

He didn't have a clue where the ball was going. He wasn't nibbling, he was missing by a foot.

Everyone else is restless for the fireworks, but I think McLaughlin is just thirsty.
