Okay the uniform thing? meh, stupid really imo, but whatever...
However, players cannot take off a helmet when they are fighting?!??
Okay huh? How in the hell is that going to fly with visors being phased in and mandatory? Someone is going to keep a visor on and have it break in his eye...

I'm sure Artie will love any rule that allows for a "tuck rule" reference, but can someone explain the purpose behind this thing.

Oh, I get it. They're not allowed to tuck in their sweaters anymore, so it's a Tuck Rule. Someone's a clever wordsmith.
