Interesting dilemma. Even though this is likely going to be another low-scoring game and defense will be at a premium, I think you have to go heavy with the lefties just to get some offense going. I'd keep Carpenter at the top of the order and hope he comes up with a couple of hits.
Same thing for Thursday's game. They're going to clobber Peavy.
