    Wow. Seems too soon. One of Al Davis' great ideas was picking him up after two other teams had cut him as a running back and moving him to TE.
    He doesn't often get recognized with the all-time great tight ends because his career wasn't long enough and he wasn't a prototypical Raiders' player, but he was a vital part of two championships teams.
