    The sexual assault thing. I was figuring that the DA would examine what they have and charge Winston as they see fit. If it's felonious, he's suspended and FSU plays without him. However reading more about this Meggs guy, and specifically what Travis Johnson had to say about him....

    Scary... This guy has certainly charged someone with far less than matching DNA.

    Fors, what happens here? You're probably the most qualified opinion in the room legally, I'd like to know what you think of this case?

    I honestly haven't followed it close enough to form an opinion.  But I did see this story which I found to be an excellent read (although long).  Lesson to be learned--if you have a daughter, don't send her to a "football" school.

    Jesus. I guess I mostly expected some of that, but some of that still caught me by surprise. Force feeding players being one. I always assumed they worked with a nutritionalist and had sheets of what they needed to be doing, but were ultimately left to do what they would.
