No artie. It's actually quite scary what you can get away with in the rules of football when it comes to doing it to a teammate.
Clothesline, horsecollar, facemask, eye gouge, groin kick and lead with a flying knee... Nope, all totally legal!

Typically you just see a missed block.. Imagine though for a moment how hilarious it would be to see a fullback turn around and actually level a running back straight off a snap?
