Any survey of bad drivers that doesn't have Massachusetts at the top is flawed.

At lot of our problem is bad roads, that the politicians have decided the money would look a lot better in their own pockets, instead of designating it where it belongs .......

 

 Our problem isn't bad roads. It's bad people with with bad attitudes.
