Peralta is useless

When there was one out an Peralta was coming to the plate, I was already thinking the Cardinals would need to come up with a 2-out hit.

But the Cardinals only have to put up with his indifference for another three years and six months.

Indifference? To hitting?
Tejada has killed the Cardinals with his defense.

"Indifference? To hitting?"
To everything, it seems.

This team is just gross right now. How they never took Torres deep when he threw about five or six hangers is beyond me.

Yadi wasn't on deck .,.
SNY didn't show any replays except for the tag at the plate, but I have to think Carpenter read it wrong. Even with the wind pushing the ball back toward center, Neiwenhaus (sp?) wasn't going to catch it because it was tailing off a left-handed bat.
