I had no idea this was a 6:15 start.

Cardinals pitchers need to get their shit together with these HBPs.

Troy Tulowitzki's dad sounds like a dumbass.

Ugh. Hate the sac bunt there.

Cobb isn't this good. Cardinals aren't seeing him well.

This strike zone blows.

Shitty effort tonight.

Strauss probably would have called this a pitcher's duel. I tend to believe there were varying degrees of offensive ineptitude.

Maybe the Red Sox are right. The Rays bitch. A lot. The plate umpire last night was pretty horrible, but the way Escobar reacted was ridiculous. Cobb went down like he was shot when he got hit, but then he gets up and runs the bases, and the next half-inning he's mowing down the Cardinals again.
To say nothing of their manager yelling from the dugout at Wainwright on Tuesday night. I know everything thinks he's a swell guy, but who the hell is Joe Maddon?

They do complain a lot, but I doubt anyone complains as much as the Red Sox. David Ortiz complains when the scorekeeper doesn't give him a hit. That said, the Rays don't have much to complain about. That strike zone was a mile wide last night for both pitchers.

"David Ortiz complains when the scorekeeper doesn't give him a hit."
It's roid rage. Speaking of which, isn't it interesting how Ortiz is able to predict he's about to become "hotter than Jamaica in the middle of August."
Maybe what he meant to say is "He's getting a hot dose from Jamaica that will put him on a cycle until the middle of August."
