I love college football

Sorry Alz, but it's weekends like these that make me love this sport. Number 2,3,4 and 6 have gone down so far.

Re: I love college football

It's no worries to me man. Oregon has problems that will keep them from being elite. I'd rather they not appear and get embarrassed myself lol

Utah might be putting it into number 8 UCLA too.

#2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 16, 17, and 18 all lost to unranked teams or teams ranked below them.

The you also had #14, 15 and 19 lose to higher ranked teams.

Should be an interesting week for the voters.

Re: I love college football

There are few things I enjoy more than watching a Nick Saban press conference after his team loses.

Re: I love college football

So USC wins at Stanford, but loses at BC and at home to Arizona State. Interesting.

A-Hem! ASU was ranked as high as 13th this year, before its quarterback broke his foot and they got bombed by UCLA, and ASU is the defending Pac 12 South champion. To compare them with a tomato can like Boston College that got lucky at home one night isn't exactly accurate.

Unless you're a horticulturalist in Oxford, in which case Saturday had to have been truly terrifying.

Not trying to swipe at ASU, but I think I'm more flummoxed by USC's ability to win at Stanford, but not take care of business at home against what I can only assume is an opponent of equal quality in ASU.

"Updyke, a rabid Alabama fan (Auburn's biggest rival) ..."

I'm wondering if this is the first college football story this reporter has written.

"The United States, bordered by Mexico to the south and Canada to the north, ..."

Kessler is wildly inconsistent, even by USC quarterback standards.
