Okay so motorcycle wreck. 

The repair bill (without the supplement, they missed two parts) was 4600.00 for the motorcycle. I managed to pick up an exhaust system off ebay for 340.00 though, saving myself about 1200-1300 off "new part costs".

The settlement. 

All missed work paid (456.00)
College football jersey replaced (75.00) (Paid seperately since it's property)
My Medical expenses paid (346.72)
Xrays billed directly to the insurance (1096.00)
Pain and suffering (1750.00)
Grand total (3648.72 - 1096.00 they are paying direct - 292 I have to give to the Doctor's office), so 2335.72 to me. 

Adding everything, with everything paid and fixed I'm walking away with just under 4000.00 for the trouble. 

Since there's no permanent medical injuries, and no real scarring, just a few days of severely difficult walking and limping, and scabs itching. I think I did well.
