We have a daily get together, go over what we're doing, recognize helpful teammates, etc etc.

During the Safety and health issue section, we were told the new "Active Shooter" policy unrolled by the company....

Yep, we're to that point now, where companies are coming out with official policies that say things like "Run." and "If you get to a safe place, call the police".

There were some beneficial things though, that I probably wouldn't have thought of and certainly wouldn't remember when needed though. Like "while hiding, make sure your phone is on silent" and "When leaving, make sure your hands are in plain site so a cop doesn't think you might be the shooter attempting to escape."
