OK, we tried this last season. Let's take another crack at it.

1 point for games that involve a non-Power 5 conference team. 2 points for games involving two Power 5 conference teams (including Notre Dame). 4 points for the three games selected by the playoff committee. 6 points for the semi-final playoff games, and 8 points for the championship game.

No, but I did watch about 10 minutes of their game with Marshall. And that's why I picked them to beat whomever they're playing. Which is probably as pathetic reason as any.

Also, it was pointed out to me that the Fiesta Bowl is also one of the six bowl games chosen by the committee. That game should have been listed as a 4 point game and will be scored accordingly.

I derived no pleasure from watching ASU hang on against a team it should have beaten by 30 points. I think Boone completed one pass that traveled more than 10 yards in the air. But Graham got out-coached at every turn, again, and only his ability to recruit great athletes, two of whom made decisive plays in the last five minutes, saved him from a humiliating loss.

So here's the situation.

If Ohio State wins, Don wins.

If Oregon wins, Alz and Bobby are tied. We can't have that. So, as a tiebreaker, I need Alz and Bobby to post the total number of points they believe will be scored by both teams in the final game. Closest to the correct total wins.

Edit: I counted points wrong. Fors caught it. Me and Bob are tied and need to pick a score for the final.

I'm calling Oregon 57 -- Ohio State 23 Total points -- 80. Fors said Bob picked 88 total points.
