HBO or Showtime or one of the other premium channels produced a documentary last year or the year before about parents who push their kids toward athletic success to an extreme degree. The worst of the bunch was the father/caddie of a 9-year-old girl who was a golf prodigy. The dad at one point reduces the girl to tears and than chastizes her for crying, saying he's embarrassing him. In the epilogue, it's pointed out the girl goes on to win her first tournament after her father is banned from carrying her bag.

LOL. I didn't see that, but I guess it could be part of a Todd Marinovich theme.

I read that this morning. I found somethings odd. That he admitted that it was wrong to hit with his dad but didnt say he would stop, just keep it a secret. He blames tlr for not lwtting him being a fun loving person yet there was a story posted on here a few weeks ago how the blue jays would smile more without him. In st louis it was TLR fault. With the blue jays it was the turf. Maybe it is the same problem it has always been, rasmus just isnt very good or smart.

Well, at least Corby has found Jesus Christ. I have no idea what took so long. It's not like he's moved around a lot in the past couple thousand years.

Looks like the Rays are happy to see the back of Corby's front, too.
Is there a pattern here, or is it me?
