This lineup is going to be death against lefties.

Here we go. I cant wait to overreact to every move. Busch light beer jn the frig and pizza pockets in the oven.
Ballpark looks like a dump. I hate the new score board.

Of course ive got a opening day sense of eagerness but i like the balance of the lineup. Jay and wong make for an exciting 7th and 8th hitters.

Apropos the Lester Dynasty begins with a game against the hated Cardinals.

No Kozma against the lefty? Hmmmm ...

Heyward's speed already makes its presence felt.
Offline
Wainwright's shittiness against the Cubs already makes its presence felt.

Did Rizzo really say the Cubs are going to win the division? Which year?

Walk away, bitch.

Nice starts on both sides of the ball. wainwright pitches out of jams asgood as any.
Pitcher batting 8th. Somebody thinks they are a genius!

With David Ross behind the plate and Lester on the mound, everyone ought to be running.

Which Upton brother changed his name to Melvin? B.J., or the good one?

BJ. The Braves had already traded Justin to the Padres.
Ummm. Nice job by Carpenter to get the run home, but dumb move trying to steal. They just rescued Lester.

Hmmm, maybe not.
I thought with waino at the plate they should have tried the double, delayed steal. Wong was on 3rd. You either get second base free or wong has a great chance of scoring. Carp came through tho. I just wish they would knock off the behind the plate camera angle.
Wide strike zone tonight....i dont like the k zone thing either.

I dont understand what the braves are doing.

I disagree with Schilling, I don't think you walk the #8 hitter there if Lester is batting ninth. In the second inning, I think you pitch to the #8 guy, even with a runner on third and two outs. There's a reason why he's hitting down in the order. And that's why hitting the pitcher 8th is stupid.

Ceding the division title to the Nashnils?

Idk what the fuck lester was doing. He had heyward dead to rights. Cubs look sloppy. To bad they didnt have to pay for it.
It is hard to tell how bad the strike zone is with that stupid k zone in the way. The outside strike is being called. Waino and peralta's strike outs looked to be to far outside but the other ones looked to be good pitches.
Missed 2 pitches that inning because of stupid camera angles. Knock it off espn.
