    Funny note.

    This has been a great start to the season, and someone mentioned having a 5.5 game lead in early May.

    Well apparently, the Astros have a 7 game lead already in the AL West. Would put money on that? I'm pretty sure that would have paid out 2500-1 odds....

    I was expecting them to climb to around 75-78 wins this season. Would not have envisioned them banking enough wins this early on to post around mid-80s in wins. Luhnow's done a great job with a few of those guys. Rasmus seems to be more comfortable there.

    Had Houston picked Bryant instead of Appel, I would bank on them winning the division.

    I took Dallas Kuechel in our fantasy draft.  I didn't want him, but he was too cheap (it's an auction draft) to not bid on, and I turned out getting him. It's about the only good move I made in our draft.
