I really hope the chatter bout Grichuk (and even Adams) is not correct. Adams at least stepped up a bit at the plate NLCS 2014. Please don't bring in Howard (never on base, no defense). Make do with what they have and get pitching stronger. Martinez throwing so many pitches is scary for his health. He used to come in throwing hard in middle relief, now he has to pace himself maybe?

OK, if you get a hit in your first major league AB, you can brag about it for the rest of your life, and if you make an out, you can tell people you hit a warning track fly ball, but there's a dubious honor in saying "I reached on an error."
