I was going to be happy if they split, but winning the damn thing might make me do cartwheels. The rest of the June contains the Rockies, Phillies, Marlins and two games against the Twins on the road with the Royals, Cubs, two games against the Twins and one against the White Sox at home. At the risk of jinxing it, this is a great opportunity to continue padding the lead.

Because I got the Dodgers' feed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, I didn't hear about this until this morning. Can you imagine if it had been the other way around and the Dodgers had to contend with skunks in their dugout at Busch Stadium?

The other huge plus about winning 3 of 4 from the Dodgers is they now only have to win 1 in Colorado to have a winning road trip. I know I should expect better against the Rockies, but the Cardinals never play well there. Losing 2 of 3 wouldn't shock me. I hope I'm proven wrong.
