Per Bleacher Report, he's to be evaluated after two weeks. There's no description of the nature of the injury other than a "quad strain." I'm not suggesting it's worse than the Cardinals are admitting, but remember this is the same organization that two months ago initially termed Wainwright's torn Achilles as an "ankle problem."

According to Matheny via the P-D, Holliday has a grade 2 tear that will keep him out for "several weeks." Adams had a grade 3 tear.
