He is so slow. It seems he has been forced to run this season more than ever. He hits the ball hard on the ground he is dead. He feet really take a pounding over the years!
I have always thought maybe he should hit 8th where not so many runners may be on?
I don't know? Maybe he should get a lot more days off too? He seems over-used, like he plays when he says he wants to rather than when MGT says he should? not easy.

As bad as a 16-inning game is for the Cardinals, it's worse for the Mets. The Cardinals have a day off tomorrow. The Mets have to fly to Washington and play the team they're chasing in the standings on Monday.
