Maybe it was that time of the month for her. You never know.

BTW, Cueto is 0-4 with a 9.45 ERA in his last four starts.
And I loved that he left it to his agent to apologize.
You're all class, Johnny.

If you take a bitch. Take off all the icky Reds gear, move him to the American League, put him in that Lovable Royals blue. Call him the ace, give him the contract, you apparently still have a bitch.

"Call him the ace"
Excellent point. There were a lot of references to her being an "ace" when she was traded to the Royals. She's not. An ace wins games his team needs to win. An ace doesn't have an 0-2 record with a 5.19 ERA in three playoff starts, none of them lasting longer than five innings. An ace doesn't get spooked when she drops a ball and the crowd gets all over her. An ace doesn't leave a playoff game with an injury after getting only one out in the first inning. An ace doesn't skip a key series with a division rival due to a "family matter" that's never explained.
There are only three times I've ever seen this person care about baseball, and each time it's been about herself. The first time was when she was kicking Chris Carpenter and Jason La Rue while she was wearing baseball spikes. The second time was when La Russa left her off the All-Star team in 2012, and the third time was when she was going for her 20th win last season.
Bob Gibson was an ace. Chris Carpenter was an ace. Roy Halladay was an ace. Madison Bumgarner is an ace. Johnny Cueto was the best pitcher on her team. There's a difference.

Some team will sign her to a big contract thinking they're getting an ace, and she'll pitch well enough until it matters. Unless she eats her way out of the league. She's starting to look like that fat chick who won an Oscar a few years ago for that movie almost nobody saw.

Overall, Cueto is 2-5 with a 4.86 ERA in 8 starts since the trade. That's fracking terrible.
