I'm at work so forgive my ignorance, but why is Pham out of the game?
The above was posted before Reynolds struck out and Jay bounced out with the bases loaded. Someone please explain why Pham was pulled in favor of Reynolds after homering before my head explodes.

Pham was taken out because he was showing up the rest of the team.

This was as poorly managed a game as I can remember. There was the Pham thing. Letting Kozma hit away with a runner on second and no one out. Bringing in Siegrist in the eighth. I want to give Matheny credit for navigating around all the injuries he's had to deal with, but it's like there are times when the blood stops flowing to his brain.
