Since you're all rabid Rams fans, I'll do the honors.
HTF does Carpenter get nailed at third on Piscotty's grounder? Head up ass or just a heads-up play by Segura?
This team doesn't have the luxury of fucking up scoring opportunities.

Carpenter might be the worst base runner in the history of baseball

Thank God Lackey can pitch out of jams while the offense takes its sweet time figuring out how to score runs.

Even Carpenter can't screw up the bare running if he hits it over the wall

The Rosenthal legend grows before our eyes.

Could this be the worst performance ever by a Cardinals' closer? Maybe even worse than the day McClellan blew a six-run lead to cost Waino his 20th?

Can't help feeling this is the day we lost the division.

I didn't like seeing him come in with that 3-game series in Pgh starting tomorrow. But if Matheny hadn't used him and this happened we'd be all up in his shit.

He was done when he hit the guy in the head. There was no way to get him out at that moment, but someone should have started warming immediately.

Anyone else see highlights of the Harper/Papelbaum fracas? Oy! What's a nice Jewish boy doing starting a fight?

Great move by the GM bringing Papelbon over. Team still doesn't make the playoffs, Storen likely wants out and Papelbon goes after the best player on the team. Instead of worrying about Harper not running out a fly ball, maybe Papelbon should have figured out how not to give up 5 runs in the 9th.

I wonder if Jayson Werth still thinks the Nashnils are.the team to beat in the National League.
