5. Adams
6. Molina
7. Wong
8. Garcia
9. Wainwright
Hopefully someone asks Matheny what he hopes to accomplish by batting Adams and Molina next to each other.

Caray just said "This is the last game the Cardinals will play at Turner Field."
Unless, of course, the Braves make the playoffs.

I think McCarver is senile.
How long does Matheny delude himself on Molina batting sixth?

If Hazelbaker gets sent down when Pham comes off the DL, I'm going to be upset.

Fastball, please ...

I like Grichuk's new approach at the plate.

Why is Rosenthal still in the game?

Im trying to remind myself that he was cut last year and can't be as good as he has looked.

Less likely for molina to hit into a dp when the guy in front of him doesnt get on base?

I was at Madison's softball games all day, so I didn't see the game, but am I reading the box score correct that the player the team sold to the public as the new 25-30 HR hitting center fielder has now only started 3 of 6 games?

Yes, but he got on base three times today. The Braves walked him - unintentionally - all three times, to give you an idea of how bad their pitching staff is.
Some of Grichuk's reduced playing time has to do with how well Hazelbaker is playing right now. You can tell from watching his at bats that a reversion is coming soon for Hazelbaker, but right now the choice is an easy one for Matheny.
And I had no idea how fast Hazelbaker is. It's like having Bourjos back on the team, but a version that actually knows how to steal a base.

I suspect it would take Pham all of 10 minutes to develop a rash that puts him back on the DL.

Or not. You realize Hazelbaker was drafted by the greatest executive of all-time, right? That guy doesn't have a blemish to his name.

All kidding aside, is there a website where you can find out whether players have options left that allow them to be sent to the minors. In my opinion, if Pham came off the DL today, the player who should be sent out is Adams. He isn't hitting and he only plays one defensive position which doesn't make him a good bench player. I'd rather see Moss at 1B against RHP, and it appears Holliday is the 1B against LHP. Let Adams go to Memphis and see if he can figure something out. You can't have a guy trying to figure it out at the big league level, especially when the manager insists on hitting him 4th or 5th.
Assuming Moss and Diaz are starting the bench would be
RH- Gyorko (2B, SS, 3B), Pham (LF, CF, RF)
LH- Hazelbaker (LF, CF, RF), Garcia (2B, SS)
Break glass in case of emergency- Fryer

I agree with all of this. I don't think there's a place that lists how many options a player has, but I know Adams was only optioned once and that was in 2012.
