Nice effort today by Alfredo Simon and the Reds.

Brantley announced Tucker Barnhart as "catching behind the plate today."
Because if he was catching from anywhere else in the ballpark, he'd be nowhere close to the strike zone.

MLB should step in and declare that Alfredo Simon goes against the integrity of the game by pitching.

No Enberg today. It must be tapioca pudding day at the home.

Someone want to tell me why I don't live in San Diego?

Grant called Diaz "a thorn in the saddle." He's too dumb to even utter cliches properly.

In three of the four games in the series, the Cubs outscored the Reds by a 33-1 aggregate. The Reds won the other game, 13-5.

Don Orsillo has never been to Iowa. So glad I know that now.

I'm being completely serious when I say that error by Gyorko is the worst play I've ever seen a major league second baseman make.

This is such a mediocre baseball team.

Melvin seems unhappy.

Broxton just walked a guy whose batting average is lower than the outside temperature. On four pitches.

That's so bad from Moss.

I've never felt so uneasy when a ball is hit to a Cardinals infielder as I do this year. There's not a single guy that belongs anywhere except DH, except for Wong.

You can't miss that called third on Kemp.

Ok, now it's even.

These guys seem to make it so much harder on themselves than it needs to be.

Idk that i would go that far. Carp was a good second baseman and would be a good first baseman. Moss, holliday and adams seem average at first as far as first basemen go. Wong and adams interest me very little. I hope when peralta comes back they maximize the defense they have by swapping positions around. Putting peralta at 3rd may help diaz and enable them to keep his bat in the lineup.
