Mets - vs. Atlanta; vs. Philadelphia (4); at Miami; at Philadelphia
Giants - at Dodgers; at San Diego (4); vs. Colorado; vs. Dodgers
Cardinals - at Colorado; at Cubs; vs. Cincinnati (4); vs. Pittsburgh

The Mets are one game ahead of the Giants; the Giants are one game ahead of the Cardinals. Miami and Pittsburgh are both five back.

Each team has 13 games left. The Mets obviously have the easiest remaining schedule, and even though Harvey and now deGrom are done, they should have the clearest path to one of the WC spots.
The Giants are five games behind in the West. With six head-to-head games, overtaking the Dodgers is a possibility, but a remote one, unless you're Duane Kuiper, who kept promoting the Giants as a contender for the division this past weekend.
The best scenario for the Cardinals is the Cubs rest some of their guys for the playoffs and the Pirates are out of it by the time they arrive for the final series. 
My worst fear is the Cardinals dropping three of four to the Reds, with Brandon Phillips going something like 14-for-20 with three homers and 11 RBI in the series.
