Kelly is only 22. So this would make him 26 when he takes over. Thats alittle late but not horrible. This year it looks like he will spend a majority of the year in Memphis. Then if he gets a 70/30 time share it would be fine. They overpaid for molina but i assume they felt they just couldnt let him go.
