When i think of relievers i think of a point that i think tk made a long time ago. It was about how bullpen arms are erratic from year to year and rarely worth investing in long term. You look at the cardinals bullpen and see that point. Oh is lights out and then not. Same with rosenthal and siegrist. Cecil signs a good contract and becomes a liability. It is strange.
