I suppose 2-of-3 against the Phillies in Philadelphia is acceptable, especially with the way they stole last night's game, but you hate to drop another Martinez start.
The next nine games are going to be tough - the Pirates are playing better, then they go to Phoenix and come home to play the Nashnils.

Herrera's baserunning is so bad, he could be on the Cardinals.
I thought of something funny to say about Herrera while I was watching the game at my daughter's house but yours is better and it would take me at least a half an hour to type what I was thinking.
The shorthand version is that I would offer the Phillies Carpenter, Piscotty, Gyrko, and Wainwright if they would agree to let the Cubs have Herrera.
