It was as routine as a triple play gets. He rolled over on a low pitch and hit a groundball to third that led Devers right to the bag. A runner who is faster than molasses on a January day in Vermont probably beats the relay to first, but as far as I could tell, Yadi didn't dog it down the line.

In contrast to the previous AB when he hit into a double play. On that one, the 1Bman could have missed the throw and run over to the stands and persuaded a fan to run it down for him and still got back before Molina got to the bag.

I didn't even hang around to watch the end of the play because I knew it was going to be a double play.
