Rosenthal to 60 Day DL
Sheriff replaces him on the 40 man and Lucas goes back to Memphis.
Since that will give the Cards 4 lefties in the pen, I assume that Sheriff will be headed back to Memphis if and when Siegrist returns.
From some of Mo's comments, it may mean that Siegrist is destined for waivers.
I have no idea if that is possible and whether they could get anything in return.
