I watched most of yesterday's game and was tremendously impressed by the four innings that Weaver pitched. He looked like a real pitcher. Lucas and Leone were good but the most impressive reliever this Spring has been Michael Mayers, but I haven't seen that much of them so far.
The problem I have with the bullpen is that they are so loaded up with mediocre relief pitchers with guaranteed contracts and no options available that I am convinced they won't have their best guys on the staff. I would like to see their staff at the first of the season look like the following:
Martinez
Weaver
Wacha
Wainwright
Flaherty
Tuivailala
Lyons
Sheriff
Leone
Mayers
Lucas
Bowman
However, I think they will use the Lizard King instead of Flaherty and, because of their contracts, these guys will replace some of the relievers: Cecil, Gregerson, and Norris. And of course around May 1, Alex Reyes will probably go to the pen also.
Of course they may go with 13 pitchers and thus displace some badly needed position player.
Incidentally, I very much share Fors's assessment of Wacha and Wainright except that he's far more optimistic than I am.
Mayers looked really good the other night. If this injury doesn't linger, and I worry about oblique injuries, I think Gregerson will end up being a pretty good signing. Cecil has to be better. You can't go from nasty to complete suckishness overnight, can you?

Sheriff hasn't been that impressive but I'd rather go with him instead of Cecil. I would prefer Tui and Mayers over Gregerson.

I fully expect the 2018 bullpen be a mix and match, memphis shuffle of matheny confusion.
