I'm not sure if amendments to Commandments work the same as amendments to the Constitution, but can we add:

Commandment 11- Matt Bowman shall pitcheth in any game in whicheth the lead or deficit is 5 runs or fewer.

Commandment 12- Thou shalt be required to carry 8 pitchers in the bullpen, but thou shalt not useth any more than 5 of those pitchers except in games where the lead or deficit is greater than 5 runs.

Commandment 13- Sam Tuivailala shalt not pitch in any game unless the lead or deficit is greater than 5 runs (see Commandment 12), but in any event, if he shalt be allowed to pitch, he must be removed from the game if he allows a baserunner for any reason.
