Flats vs. Chen

Season ending surgery on a strained lat?

Is Pham trying to set a record for the most consecutive groundball outs to shortstop?

Wow. Brinson's batting average is lower than Fowler's.

So that's how you play? If you don't have enough range to field a groundball, you just stand there while the runner goes to third?

I'm in a bad mood because of something else and watching the Cardinals play like manure against a minor league team is doing nothing to improve it.

Can Flats hit?

Certainly understandable

Well, maybe the Cardinals will win tomorrow and avoid getting swept at home by the Marlins.

Is the time out so the grounds crew can get an L-screen for Flaherty?

Do these two dingbats really think Bader wasn't going to tag up with the pitcher on deck?

Wait ... you can take out a starting pitcher before the end of the fifth inning?

This is unacceptable.

I’m only watching the box score. Does Munoz really have 3 errors? This is the new and fundamentally improved Cardinals. 😂😂😂

Yes, and I believe they all led to runs. When I heard the boos, I felt badly for the young man. In spite of what Horton has been trying to tell me for the past five games, Munoz is clearly not a shortstop. It's like asking a backup cornerback to play left tackle and then booing him when the quarterback gets knocked unconscious.
The recipient(s) of the criticism ought to have been the geniuses in the front office and player development who didn't account for the possibility that Paul DeJong might get hurt.

I pulled the chute after the sixth inning. I almost never do that, but it was either turn off the TV or throw a shoe through it. Either way, I wasn't going to see the end of the game.

Why do you wear shoes in your living room?
