Added to the growing list of concerns is Liz's poor performances in the first inning.

Today's strike zone is almost as inconsistent as last night's strike zone.

I don't think I've ever seen a guy strike out looking four at bats in a row.

Who did that? I slept through the first four innings.

So despite missing a month with an exploded nut sack, Molina is on pace for a career high in HR

It’s easier on his nuts.

Madison stuck out looking today for the first time this season. She followed it up with a game winning 2-run HR.

Almost. Timmons was about as close to Phil Cuzzins as I’ve seen that asshole retired. But the inconsistency in his treatment of Pham and Thames was about as bad as I’ve seen.
Maybe he’s a Vietnam vet.

It's that time again. Which Cardinals reliever will end up with the L?

She needs to watch tape of Carpenter so she can become more selective.

That never made sense to me. Guy makes an error and instead of being out of the inning, the pitcher is out of the game.

I think Cuzzi is still around. Edmonds and McLaughlin talked about him on Thursday without bringing up his name.
Cuzzi is a self-important little man with a quick temper and a penchant for hypersensitivity. Not really a good combination of traits for an umpire.

Right. As much as I wanted to hear them rip that piece of shit, I thought they handled it with class. It’s pretty cheap to slam some guy who has no chance to reply.

Apparently it’s a strike if you can hit the bottom of the zone twice in a row.

I yelled at the TV "That's the same pitch!"
