There are so many bizarre things about this incident it's hard to pick the bizzarist.
The chick with four warrants who thinks it's a good idea to sniff glue while she's driving a scooter in a busy highway?
That she was still huffing while being questioned by the cops?
That the cop quoted in the story has to explain what "huffing" is?
That she assaulted one of the officers with a shopping cart?
